Brad is licensed to practice law in Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. He is admitted to practice in U.S. District Court, Southern District and Eastern District of Texas. Brad’s goal is to provide his clients with aggressive legal representation while maintaining a strong sense of ethics along with his Christian values.
Brad was born in Opelousas, Louisiana and grew up in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He and his wife Laura were married in 1998 and are blessed with four wonderful children. Brad obtained his undergraduate degree in Marketing/Management from McNeese State University. Prior to attending law school, Brad was a police officer for the Lake Charles Police Department. He obtained his law degree in 2002 from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. While in law school, he was a member of Pi Delta Phi honors fraternity and the Christian Legal Society. He is also a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2003, Mississippi Bar 2005 and the Louisiana Bar in 2006.
Erin Fruge Hargrave was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana and grew up in Lafayette, Louisiana. Erin and her husband Kevin, a professor at McNeese State University, reside just outside of Lake Charles with their two children. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2004. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor’s of Civil Law degree at Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2008. While in law school, she clerked at the Louisiana Sea Grant Law & Policy Program, which addresses the legal aspects of major coastal and marine challenges.
After graduating from law school, Erin served for two years as a judicial clerk for the 14th Judicial District Court in Lake Charles, assisting with both criminal and civil matters. After leaving her clerkship, she practiced in the areas of municipal liability, insurance defense, and corporate counsel before joining Brad Guillory in 2016 as an associate attorney. She is currently of counsel at Brad Guillory Law. Erin practices mainly in the areas of family law and successions.
Betsy A. Buller is a Louisiana Native, who grew up in Iowa, Louisiana and graduated from Iowa High School in 2015. Following high school Betsy attended McNeese State University where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Betsy also graduated with Honors from Southern University Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2023.
Lainey Nicholas was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She grew up in Jennings, Louisiana. Lainey graduated from Hathaway High School in 2022, later that year relocating to Lake Charles.
Sara grew up in Florida and moved to Texas in 1997 after meeting her husband, Jessie. Sara and Jessie have been married since 1998 and raised 4 sons together. Sara recently moved to Lake Charles from Kingwood (Houston), Texas. She graduated from Lamar University with a degree in Business Administration and has been working in Office Management for over 20 years.
Breanna Nunez is a Louisiana Native, who grew up in Vinton, Louisiana and graduated from Vinton High School in 2019. Later that year, Breanna moved to Jackson, Mississippi to continue her education at Millsaps College. While in college, Breanna was a member of the Tri Delta Sorority as well as the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society. Breanna graduated with Honors from Millsaps College in 2023 with a degree in Sociology and Creative Writing.
Harley grew up in Downsville, Louisiana and graduated from Penn Foster High School in 2019. Harley managed a store in her hometown for five years before relocating to Lake Charles, Louisiana in 2024. Outside of working, she enjoys baking, going to the gym, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Anita C. Hampton was born and raised in Sulphur, LA. Anita and her husband Jason of twenty-five years reside in Sulphur with their children. Anita is a 1997 graduate of Sulphur High School and an honors graduate of DeVry University, Class of 2023. Anita started her career as a paralegal in 2001 and has since worked on cases ranging from Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation and Family Law. Anita obtained her Louisiana Real Estate License in 2015 and served three years as a Civil Deputy Clerk of Court for Sulphur City Court.
